• Service Changes - January 2019

    From Wednesday 2nd January 2019 changes will be made to your X2, X32/X33/33, X38/X39/X40, T1, 98 and 99 services. A new 97 service will be introduced.

X2

From Wednesday 2nd January 2019 there will be changes to your connector X2 and NX2 services. Some additional early morning and late evening journeys have been added whilst some less well used trips have been revised or withdrawn.

X32/X33/33

From Wednesday 2nd January 2019 there will be changes to your connector X32 and X33/33 services. Later departures have been added to the X32 enabling you to shop late in Oxford and still catch a fast bus to Didcot. An additional early morning trip to Oxford and an extra evening trip from Abingdon have also been added. Sunday and X34 times remain unchanged.

X38/X39/X40

From Wednesday 2nd January 2019 there will be changes to your river rapids services. Some additional early morning journeys have been added whilst some less well used trips have been withdrawn. The Sunday timetable remains unchanged.

T1

From Wednesday 2nd January 2019 there will be changes to your T1 service. On Mondays to Fridays an extra early morning journey from Cowley to Watlington is added with the first journey towards Oxford now starting from Watlington rather than Chalgrove. Saturday times remain unchanged.

98

From 2nd January 2019 Connector services will be extended to serve the new stops on Diamond Drive, Great Western Park (South) for the first time with off-peak services Monday to Friday being introduced.

Between 1000 and 1500 two buses per hour connect Diamond Drive, Great Western Park (South) with Didcot town centre. New service 97 will operate via Wantage Road to Didcot Broadway whilst certain 98 journeys, designated 98A, will start at Diamond Drive before operating via Great Western Park, Asda and then the normal 98 route to Parkway Station and the Orchard Centre.

The 99 service to Milton Park will also start from Diamond Drive off-peak, providing great connections for onward travel to Abingdon and Oxford.

There will be no change to Saturday and Sunday timetables.
